3 Scheduled Division games, consisting of two 15 minute halves and a 5 minute intermission.  Teams advancing to the playoffs will have the opportunity for additional games .

By submitting this form you and your team agree to the following:
 
All players in the 40+ division must be age 40 by January 25, 2013. All players in the Open and Women's divisions must be age 21 by January 25, 2013. Players must show proof of age (photo ID) upon registration. Any teams with ineligible players will forfeit their place in the Tournament.
 
All players will sign a release form at tournament registration and prior to any tournament play, acknowledging they understand and accept that there are risks involved in participating in any recreational activity, are aware of those risks, and are voluntarily participating in this activity with knowledge of the risks involved. All players will agree to accept any and all such risks of injury, death and/or property damage. In consideration for being allowed to participate in this recreational activity, all players will agree to the terms of this waiver, release, covenant not to sue and indemnity agreement as set forth herein. All players, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, next of kin, assigns and personal representative will waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless Adirondack Ice Bowl, LLC and its subsidiaries, all 2013 Adirondack Ice Bowl Sponsors, The Woods Inn, the Town of Inlet and all members, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents or any other representative of Adirondack Ice Bowl, LLC, against any and all causes of action, claims, demands, losses, expenses, liability.
 
The names and likenesses of my team and its members can be used for tournament promotion via the official website, public relations campaign and media campaign.
